Hello, i am starting IP tomorrow and i have to admit i am really nervous of failing, i work out 3 times a week and its peace of mind for me to do it, so i really don't want to leave it, i hope i can keep the diet, it is really hard for me since my boyfriend is really skinny and all he does is eat junk food 24/7. how did you guys manage to not give up and stay on track??
