Hi everybody. HAPPY NEW YEAR! I am still experimenting with my approach and this weight loss. I hit a big plateau around the summer and have been pretty stagnant so am trying something new. I am working on alternate day fasting where I only drink water and unsweetened tea until dinner time. I am also trying to figure out how to go into ketosis without joining the Adkin's diet so I am messing around with my macronutrients and there is a lot of trial and error. We'll see if I can get out of the 230s this month. Let's make 2017 AMAZING in our life journey!

- Friends were too hung over to celebrate so I stayed home and ate cake by myself. New Year's birthdays are the worst (although I hear Christmas b-days are also pretty bad).
