  • Hi Joy! Thanks for starting the new thread.

    In March, I was recuperating from some medical issues, resulting in a goal of 750 minutes. I'm starting to feel a bit better now, so I shall double that goal for April.

    April goal: 1,500 minutes.

    I'm in for 15 min of movement 5x - 7x per week

    April 1:
    April 2:
    April 3: 20 min/1 mile WATP 1/5
    April 4: 15 min walk
    April 5: 35 min walk
    April 6:
    April 7: 20 min walk
  • I'm still dealing with back pain (sheesh!) but I'm at the point, now, where I think lack of exercise is doing more harm than exercise would. I got 810 minutes last month, so I'm setting a goal of 1000 minutes this month and continuing my daily exercise streak -- it's been going for five months, now!

    Goal: 1000 min, daily exercise
  • GardenerJoy - congrats on your daily exercise streak - 5 months of daily exercise is very impressive

    April Goals:
    1. 1200 minutes
    2. 6 weight training sessions
    3. plank - 15 days for April (I'm going to try to work up to holding the plank for 1 minute 45 seconds)

    I met my minutes goal last month but was short 1 WT session so I'll see if I can get 6 sessions this month. I also want to add the 15 days of doing the plank for the month of April. I plan to start with 40 seconds and see if I can work up to 1 min 45 sec in 15 sessions.

  • I did not make my goal in March. I didn't even come close. I'm going to give it another go for April.

    My goal will be 500 minutes any kind of exercise.

  • I'm hurting quite a bit as I wait for my hip replacement in early June, but I know that moving is good for me.
    My public goal will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

    4/2 40 min bike ride
    4/3 40 min walk
    4/8 65 min bike ride
    4/9 50 min walk
    4/10 10 min elliptical; 45 min walk
    4/11 35 min bike ride (including a dog bite!)
    4/13 50 min walk
    4/16 20 min walk
    4/17 40 min walk
    4/23 55 min 5K



    TOTAL MINUTES: 450

  • Went for a walk outside this morning, but I had to use my home gym in the afternoon because it was snowing…in April, no less!

    Apr 1: 40 min walk + 50 min walk
    Apr 2: 35 min walk + 15 min treadmill + 15 min elliptical

    Total to date: 155 minutes
    Goal: 1,500 minutes

  • It was minus 5C this morning, but at least the sun was shining, so I bundled up and went for my walk anyway!
