  • This is awesome! I'm sooo slow at losing weight that frankly, it's depressing and normally what makes me give up. Hopefully this is long-term enough that my slow loss might actually add up to something if I commit myself. Thanks for making this!

  • candid, I hear Ya! I'm a slow loser also, some of the challenges for weight loss don't work well for me either. NOW the good news. Those who lose a modest 1 or 2 pounds a week are more likely to keep the pounds off for good. YEAH!
