Doing it for me....Menu thread

  • Well here is the plan so far....

    Breakfast- 2 slices lite ww wonder bread 1 point
    12 sprays of parkay 0 points
    1 teaspoon sugar .5 points
    1 teaspoon cinnamon 0 points 1.5 total

    snack- ww cookie bar 2 points

    lunch- ww frozen meal 5 points
    and a yoo hoo lite 1 point

    snack- banana 1.5

    supper- 2 lemon pepper drumsticks and 1 medium baked potatoe with butter spray and 1/2cup lite velveta mac and cheese and green beans 6.5 points

    snack- ww chocoate cake 3 points YUMMY!!!!!!

    1 package ww candy at church
    and 1 serving chex mix 2 points

    The service tonight was awsome! We are in revival and I am so thankful to have went...the preacher told a true story about his dad being stabbed in the back by a drunk while they were walking him home from work and how he could have stopped the man if they hadnt been walking with him...his dad held the boys back so that the guy didnt hurt them while the man ripped him 5 times down the back and they thought it killed him BUT he recovered after about a month in the hospital, he said he would never forget that, and one day he had told his dad that he thought his dad never loved him, and how he saw the scars on his dads back and knew in his heart that wasnt true, and hugged him and asked forgiveness...he likened that true story to what Jesus did for you and me on the cross and it was such a reminder of the price he paid so we could go free, all we have to do is accept it

  • Just went to the WW here in town and got alot more literature and bought some ww bars and such, thay are really tasty and the girl in the office inspired me so much, she lost 35 pounds in 6 months, that means I could be at goal by then if I stick to this the way she did....I am now officially motivated!!!!!!!
    Also got some great recipes and a companion book for shopping and some fruit chews to keep me from wanting sweets so bad, I have to have chocolate guys.....I love it so this is definatly the diet for me

    snacks- skinny cow 2 pts

    Breakfast-
    3/4 cup of fruity pebbles and 1/2 cup ff milk 2.5 points
    and 1 sf fr yogurt 2 points

    lunch- ww meal 5 points
    yoo hoo lite 1 pt

    snack-

    supper- ww meal 6 pts

    snack-

    and a 2 pt sundae cone

    shooting for 23 points But may have to add snacks as it is Friday and I tend to eat alot more on weekends for some reason BUT I only ended up with 18 1/2 for the day total!!!!!

    So far no savatoge I am being good and having fun!

    1 cup country style hashbrowns cooked in water 1 pt!!!
    ( this was actually YUMMMMMMMY!!!)

    1/2 slice of cheese 1pt
    3 oz 92% lean beef 2 pt
    7 baked fries 2 pts


    snack- skinny corn chips 2 pts

    supper- 5 pt meal

    snacks-
    lite yoo hoo 1 pt


    skinny cow ice cream 2 pts
    and a snack size bag of popcorn 1.5
    1 cup skinny corn chips 1 pt

    I am to 25 and knew it would happen...weekend off with the hubby are ROUGH

    Well so far so good here and journaling is sure making the difference
