    Congrats Healthy for the 5 # loss...
    I am reviewing all my atkins books...I have really been spending some time on-line looking at new recipe ideas...If I don't try to get a little variety it gets so boring so fast..
    This is our last day in 2014.We can smile and wave goodbye.. so lets all start this new year off on a strong positive foot.......

    Well........ Too much Prosecco and surprise pizza/chips/etc boo to Sue!
    So time to start fresh and nothing came home with me.. so all gone! Cleaning and throwing things away today (working at it) Lightening my surroundings and myself!

    Less snot today, definitely felling better but here's the thing. I don't have a problem resisting bad food, For me it is easy to stay on plan and eat right... For me it is the alcohol, I LOVE wine, and quality margaritas, and I cant seem to just have one or two it is always in excess. It seems there is always a reason... holiday, birthday, promotion, good haircut, fixed the cat... something there is always something. This week is my sons and my birthday so again after being good all week there will be a reason to screw it up with cocktails... Realizing that there will always be something has brought me to the conclusion that I just must refrain. I am spinning my wheels and its frustrating... My clothes are fitting better and better so I know I am losing weight but the damn carbs from drinks keep my scale number up not to mention ARE NOT HEALTHY and I really want to do this as a lifestyle change not just a solution to the weight issue. So not as a resolution (because those never stick) but as a promise to myself.... No more celebrating with drinks. I have such a great food will power that this will be amazing once I get out of this rut. Last night I emptied my home of alcohol and am ready to get this last 50 lbs off. Any way thanks for letting me rant, sorry to be so long winded but I had to verbalize it to make myself accountable.

    Today I was very good but I know that yesterday's poor choices will mess up my numbers for a couple of days!
