  • Monday--10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes lower body, TBT.

    Had session with trainer. He kicked my butt cause I've only been in the gym twice a week the past few weeks. Did a mile on the treadmill.
  • Monday
    Had a really good walk. We are shooting for five days this week if the weather holds. It's been a long time to since I've gotten to walk every day.

  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body TB.
  • exercise today - strength training circuit at the gym and 2 miles on the elliptical machine, sweated up a storm!

  • 2 miles on treadmill at gym, 2 miles walking home from garage where I left my car to get the window fixed.
  • 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Gym
    Hour with trainer, legs
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 35 minutes lower body TBT.
    Off for the week-end!!
  • Three badminton sessions this week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

    Lawn Bowling x 2 on Sunday and Thursday.

    No Line Dancing this week - will start again in a couple of weeks.
  • GHEEEEZ TEENSY...trying to show us all up? Ha Ha!

    I finally got to the gym this morning. I did 5 minutes on the eliptical (burned 40 calories), then did my lower body weights, and then 30 minutes on the treadmill (160 calories). I feel good. What a great way to start the day.

    I really wish my baby would get over this separation anxiety so I could get a few more days in. Wed. & Sat. are my only definates.

    I did workout at the gym on Monday a.m. instead of Wednesday (that's when I met with the trainer). I also worked out twice at home this week.

    I worked out mon-wed-thurs-fri-sat-sun Working on the bike for an hour did 12.5 miles..lost 6 pounds..Today Sun..I did the bike for 45 mins..Glider for 10mins..Everytime I will do 5 mins more..
    weights for my thighs..good work out..
