Food Journal July 10th

  • so far:

    - 3 coffees w/skim milk
    - omelet w/red and green peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms
    - 4 waters

    - no sugar/no fat popsicle
    - pistachios. Way too many.
    - 2 large sausage rolls. Darn.
    - 2 waters
    - another popsicle

    - 2 lamb sausages
    - mushrooms cooked w/sherry, sour cream and parmesan
    - water, water

    - popsicle
    - 4 chocolate chip cookies

    I'm losin' it. And I don't mean weight.

    So far
    Breakfast
    2 eggs omelet with filling of a bit of onion & chopped mushrooms
    2 slices back bacon (Canadian bacon to you Yanks. lol)

    Lunch: (planned)
    1 chicken leg
    salad with hard cooked egg & low fat cheese
    vinegar/oil dressing
    Well, this got changed due to circumstances. I ended up having 1 chicken leg
    3 string cheese
    raw cauliflower


    Dinner
    Ground beef patty with mushrooms
    Mixed salad with vinegar & oil dressing
    Green beans with dab of butter.

    Snacks
    Walnuts (about 20)
    1 Revel (14 gr carbs)
    2 S.F. Mr. Freezies. (it's hot here today)
  • breakfast:

    scrambled w/2 pieces of bacon
    (dh brought turkey bacon home today)

    snack
    pistachios...way to many also....don't think I am going to buy these any more...trigger food

    lunch: 2 white meat chicken weenies
    green beens

    dinner:
    low fat Kilbasa
    broccoli and cauliflower
    2 slices of tomato
    half a sliced cucumber

    and snack later I am going to have a sugar free fudge bar
  • breakfast: cheese stick and nuts
    snack: cheese stick
    lunch: salad with chicken breast, celery, peppers, tomatoes
    snack: SF jello
    dinner (plan): pork loin, salad
    dessert: sf jello
  • Breakfast - 2 eggs, mushrooms and 1 slice canadian bacon, V8 Juice

    Snack - cheese stick

    Lunch - chicken kabob with salad & italian dressing

    Snack - celery, laughing cow cheese, SF Jello cup

    Dinner - broiled filet mignon, steamed brocolli, SB mashed "potatoes" with a tablespoon of hummus mixed in with the "potatoes".

    Dessert - planning to have lemon zest ricotta creme...

    Day 3 almost over. Didn't make it to the gym, because I had to work late...but I'm going tomorrow!

    Snack:
    about 10 boiled peanuts-I've never in my life only eaten 10!!!
    Diet Dr. Pepper
    Dinner:
    grilled salmon, tomato slices, SF Jell-O
    after dinner snack:
    slice of lunch meat with FF cheese rolled in it.
    I'm so hungry after dinner-I'm fine all day, but I'm starving right now!!! I hate to eat at bedtime.
    Is it possible I've already lost 2 pounds? Or are my scales playing tricks on me????????? I just finished day two.
  • I"s mor accurate for me to post exactly what I ate rather than what I plan to eat for the day because I always end up changing something. (especially those little snack items) So, in order to be accountable for everything that I eat I'll post my food journal either in the evening or early the next day.

    I enjoy reading what everybody eats , as it helps me to give me ideas and it keeps me on track .

    July 10:
    B~~eggbeaters omelet w/ roasted veggies
    ~~~1 slice multi grain and bread w/ I Can't Believe..

    L~~salad mix w/ grilled tuna steak & 1/2 avocado

    S~~Lemon ricotta w/a few blueberries

    D~Went out for Mexican food:
    ~~~steak fajitas w/ grilled onions and bell peppers
    ~~~5 tortilla chips w/ gaucamole and pico de gaillo mix
    ~~~diet coke (I passed up their wonderful margaritas )
    Note: gave my tortillas, rice aand refried beans to DH

    S~~Lemon ricotta dessert w/ a few blueberries (probably shouldn't have had this second one today but I didn't have any SF jello made)
