I just bought this soy pasta 10 grams of net carbs 28 grams of protien
Im afraid tho I will get the same crave I get from regular pasta sunday I had 4 peices of whole wheat pasta and I wanted to eat all day
Have you guys had difficulty with LC pasta or bread and craving?
