  • TUESDAY
    Walked 3.5 miles
  • First time to post here I believe
    Monday 2miles in 35 min

    Tuesday 2 miles in 40 min. Do you think I burned extra calories by pushing a stroller with my 30 lb. grandson who thought it was fun to bounce up & down while I pushed? What a work out!

    Walked 4.5 miles
  • THURSDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles in 1 hour 1 1/4 minutes:spinning:
  • wends-30 minute buns of steel -hubby was home soooo had to be quick!
    thurs-60 minute The Firm this is a great tape very sweaty too!
    Fri-plan on a longer step tape ?

    2 miles today/35 min...it was awefully windy
    total of 6 miles this week!
  • FRIDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles, slow walk, but a walk just the same!!

    So far 23.5 miles this week!!!:spinning:
  • another 2 mile walk/jog
    my best time, 30 min...that's a total of 8 miles this week...that's definitely a record for me!

    Tue - D.A. Target Toner - 30 minutes

    Fri - Aquatics - 60 minutes
  • Sore Knee
    Monday 60 min. jog/walk (4 min. jog-2 min. walk)

    Wed. 55 min. jog/walk

    Thursday 2 hours Tai Chi

    Friday nothing but nursing my sore knee...
