We had a wonderful weekend. We went to the Indian casino in Tampa. I am not good at the gambling thing. I don't walk away when I should. Instead fo leaving the machine when I was ahead $100 I ended up losing $40. But I played for 3 1/2 hours and I had fun.
Unfortunately something we ate made us both sick today. It was a meserable day at work.
I had my blood drawn today to see how my thyroid is doing. It doesn't want to stay in range. Makes it very hard to lose when it doesn't work.
The weight is really hard on me lately. Seems worse for some reason. Probably the old heart is getting tired.

You take it easy lady. I am sure the heat doesn't help things either. Take it slow and keep moving. Even if you are moving slow you are burning calories. Sounds like you had a great time for your anniversary. I am glad you did you deserve it.

As for me I had a great weekend as well. Camping went great. Megan had a ball. She loved being able to ride her bike all over when she wanted to and not have mom and dad with her. It was so good we are planning to go back again soon. I would like to go every weekend if I could. We were going to go back this weekend but they are calling for rain so there isn't any point in going when it is going to rain. Now we have the camper all packed up with what we need so we don't have to keep packing it. Now all we have to bring with us are our clothes and food. It was expensive getting everything we needed to start but now we have it and it won't cost anything extra but the cost of the campsite to go. We can use my husbands brothers pass for the state park and only pay $8.00 for the whole weekend or any amount of time we want. It will be well worth it. We had a lot of family quality time and we needed that.
Of course I had too many mike's hard lemonaids over the weekend and the scale is way up. So I will lose that this week. Those drinks add the weight quick. I am flushing my body out this week.

Eleni- I like the casino too once and a while. I would like to go there on Wed. our anniversary.

Sherri- Sounds like you had fun camping. I like Mike's as well. Do you like the Schmirnoff ice as well. I know too many calories.

My whole family is trying the South Beach Diet. It is basically meat, and veggies for two weeks and then you add all the other stuff back in. You can look it up on several websites. I am hoping that this will kick start a new weight loss for me.

yeah new weight loss. I've been doing extremely bad lately, and of course the summer time drinks don't help any. I'm up almost 10 pounds since srd. Where has my inspiration gone. I don't want this. I want to get back on track.
