I don't know if we're allowed to discuss specific Points values so I'll just say, who knew there were so dang many points in cough drops?!? I could've eaten a small order of fries for then ten cough drops I had over a two hour drive. Shooooot.

By my calculations, using info I found online, eight Points for ten cough drops.

That's pretty much a meal!

If I use "hard candy" in the weight tracker, it's six points. I'm going to go with eight. I'd rather over count than under. Good thing I'm so tired I slept through breakfast.
