    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!

  • Monday--10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Tuesday morning---30 minutes on TM.

    Yesterday we worked in the yard, mulching and weeding. Has to count for something.

  • Tuesday

    3 mile walk and 30 minutes of wt training.

  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 40 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Yikes I forgot to post for yesterday.
    Where are my priorities?????

    Wednesday: 32 minutues on TM in the morning.
    Thursday: 33 minuteson the TM in the morning. Tough going this morning, but got it in with a couple of very short jogs too.

  • Weekend Report--

    Friday, I did not do the TM, but I did the whole yard by myself. Mowed, edged, raked, and swept. 3 hours of steady movement.

    Saturday, nothing.

    Sunday, Just did 40 minutes on the TM. Then got out my power tube and did some of resistance exercises. I have the medium resistance tubes and it's going to take me a while to build up to them.
