
Drinking will help in the moment, but it actually makes anxiety and depression worse over time. The only thing that ever helped my awful panic attacks was cognative behavioral therapy. I'd highly reccomend you seek outside help. It's hard to get started, but 100% worth the results.
I think I sweated out all the bad energy, a lot of it at least. Thank you everyone
