  • My goal is to run 100 miles.
  • Started out the month with 4 today. It is very HOT!!!

  • Biked and walked 11 yesterday --- walked 6 today

  • Went out and 6 and got 7.5 in.

    Walked 1 Mile
    25 Sit-ups

    Saturday:
    Walked 2 Miles

    Sunday:
    FREE DAY!!!
