Got my fitness trainer and have been trying to calibrate it to my stride. I think I went 6 today between trying to get it right with walking and running.

Did anyone get the "Woman's Day" this week? There is a three page article by Leslie Sanmone about walking. It is a 6 week challenge and she promises "In just six weeks, I'll help you lose weight , get in shape and feel fantastic" So I'm going to do it!! Most of you are already the walking champs of the Floozie's, but I need some help in committing to a excerise program. The only shoes I can wear without my "toe" hurting is my work shoes===nurses hush puppies>> Going to give it my best shot!! I'm so tired of feeling "OLD".
