I haven't owned a scale for the past year. I've put on about 30 lbs. in the past year. I don't know if this is causation or merely correlation. The question is, should I buy a scale? I know there are a lot of varying opinions on this and I would like to hear them all!
One part of me says, "yes, buy a scale. It will help keep you accountable when you have to look at that number." Then the other part of me says, "don't worry about the scale and the number. Worry about how you feel and how you look."
To buy or not to buy?
