ya, there is a lot to remember when you Somersize. I'm just staying away from white flour and sugar. If I do have any carbs, they are whole grains. A lot of what she says makes sense. I tend to read too many diet books, and everyone has their own opinion and it gets kind of confusing. You are doing great with your eating. Yesterday I made one of the ricotta cheese desserts in the South Beach Diet book. It wasn't too bad. There were a lot of calories in it though, 200 cal., so I don't know if I'll make it again or not.
Kathy, I did get on the scale the other day and I had lost 1 lb. from the 3 lb. I gained when I went off of the grapefruit diet. I haven't been on since, been afraid to actually.

I have to start eating right too. My stomach seems to be messed up a bit. You look like you're doing ok with your eating.
menu 4/23:
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices bacon, black coffee, no sugar
Snack: small handful almonds
L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner, (Sante Fe beans & rice) diet soda
Snack sugar free fudgsicle
D: stuffed peppers w/hamburg, marinara sauce, cauliflower (in place of rice), diet soda
S: ricotta creme made from recipe from South Beach Diet, black decaf coffee
