Hi I just found this site. I started out at 307 lbs! I am only 5' 2" so I should probably weigh about 140 lbs or less. I have been very heavy all my life. I am 52 yrs old now. In Feb of this year I decided I needed to do some changes for the rest of my life. I keep track of all my calories, drink as much water as I can and exersize sometimes.
I weigh 238 now. I has been a lot of hard work. I realized this morning that I now have less than 100 lbs to lose!
