Kicking the 150s in the butt!

  • Starting a new thread for the 150's, since I couldn't find an old one and now there's more than just me in the 150's in featherweights. Hopefully neither of us lasts long here!

    Yesterday I was back up to 156, but then today back between 153 and 154. Gotten back on track after the bender on Friday night, just hoping more comes off soon!

  • Still hanging tight between 153 and 154, haven't been able to exercise as much as I'd like to try and really boost my painfully slow loss.

  • Hi there, I'll join you too! The 150's have been slow for me so far, but I just added some extra workouts to my schedule. Hopefully that will be the boost I've been looking for.

    I was back down to 158 this morning, but still up a tad from 9/30 when I hit 157.4. It's just day 2 of TOM so I am not worried too much, though it sucks to see the scale go up no matter what.

  • Wouldn't it be great is we could all just blow through the 150's and start a 140's thread?

    Started my day with cardio kickboxing which is super fun and a great way to start the day. Back to the gym this evening for Zumba.

    My gym is starting a weight loss challenge for the weeks leading up to Christmas. It's more $$ than I want to spend right now, so I'm creating my own challenge to go along with their dates. Will compare my results to their leaderboard and see how I do.

    I'm shooting for 16.5 lbs in 15 weeks. It's a stretch but I think I can do it!
  • kitkat I would say that just over one pound a week is a very reasonable goal. You can do this!!

    I woke up to 155 today. Where did those 2 pounds come from?? I didn't over eat yesterday (though I did drink tea and soda like crazy before bed) I'm back to somewhere around 154.5 now but still, a pound up from where I was! I was to be losing, not making up for lost ground. *mutters*

    I was 155 when I woke up again this morning. Was not expecting that, I was GOOD yesterday!! GRRR!!!

  • Kakers, I've been in the 150's for about 2 years till early this year when I gain 10lbs, lose a few, gain again... Lol

    I am more than ready to see 140 something! I feel Ok in the 140's but I want to make it to 125 for once! I hope this time is THE time!

    PS: I only weight once a week. I don't like the changes of daily weights in. I also eat light the day before weight in
  • Still hanging at 155. The scale will have to move eventually. 9 a.m. bootcamp tomorrow morning is calling my name.
  • Was at a horrible 156 yesterday after a bad Friday night (I see a theme there) but was good yesterday and hopped back down to 154. This isn't progress:/ This is stagnating. Ugh.
