Not counting my calories this weekend. Eating whatever the heck I want and being more active. Did an ab workout friday night that worked my legs as much as if not more than my abs and then played the new Just Dance for 40 minutes last night. Have a friend coming over today to play with me
Woke up to 154 again today. If I wake up at 153 tomorrow I'm strongly considering dropping the calorie counting for good. Otherwise I'm going to start counting again tomorrow.
