    its a homemade lasagna like bake!! oh my it was heavenly!!
    it does use TOFU products, like veggie shreds, tofutti ricotta, so if your coach doesn't allow tofu, then skip it.

    but if your coach allow tofu then this is an absolutely must make dish!!

    it takes a wee bit of effort but is sooo worth it!

    my dh and i shared it as the recipe makes for 2, and he kept saying, wow this is really good...are you sure you can have this!! haha
