  • My goals for this 10 day:
    1. Reread my WW material to help me find my lost incentive
    2. Stick to the program
    3. Drink my water.
  • think before I eat!!
    stay with calories til friday ( vacation)
    exercise daily
  • My goals for this 10 day session are:

    1. Maintain my mini meal diet plan

    2. Try drinking 8 (250ml) glasses of water every day.. this is smthng i really need to work on because i failed at it badly during my previous 10 day session

    3. Politely say NO to unhealthy, off the plan treats offered by my friends, immediate family, extended family and family friends,,, i tend to ruin my diet out of courtesy to others when they offer me unhealthy eatables out of fear of hurting their feelings,,, this needs to end..

    4. Brisk walk, 20 mins, everyday... try to increase my time by 2 mins daily but nothing less than 20 mins

  • Oops posted on the wrong one! Stayed pretty dry except for an encounter with a packet of biscuits.....but didn't eat the whol packet as I once would have done!
    My aims are mainly exercise related. And it's this.....some form of exercise EVRY DAY even if it is teh shorter dog walk .....no excuses!!

    Day 1 - High and dry yesterday. Met my goals.
  • Day 1 ends all nice and dry,,, was on plan

    Managed 6 glasses of water,,, need to reach the 8 glasses mark

    No walk or exercise,,,,
  • Hello Shipmates!

    yesterday went well with both the food and exercise!

    Today, I made some oatmeal cookies with molasses... :J

    They really had me full and "on the go"

    Lets do even better this 10 day go' round

    Final Note:

    I realized that the cause for alot of my "appetite" apart from the gluttony was not having alot of fiber.

    I felt so much fuller today with less in my belly than i've had in a long time

    F-I-B-E-R ftw!
  • Stayed dry yesterday and managed 2 lots of my 2.6 miles of walking. Knees stiff but otherwise ok!!
    Keep on rowing!

  • Day 2 over and dry!!! extreme craving for white rice but got over it,,, went for walk,, water goal still not met though
  • ok,, just cheated,,,, stayed up late and had two chicken cheese wraps,,,, really drowned today
  • Hi everyone. My hunny came down for a visit and we had a nice couple days together. Day 1 I stayed in the boat but yesterday was a planned cheat day. Went to the fair and ate lotsa goodies but at least I got about 4 hrs of walking in. today, so far so good. Can't wait to hit the y hard this week when I'm not babysitting.
  • Day 3 over and dry,,, mostly tht is because of a small portion of crisps tht hubby was eating and i cldnt resist,, tmrw will be a better day IA,,,,, went for my walk,,,, water target almost there!!!
  • Damp yesterday but not overboard. Had to use a couple extra WW points.
