Food Logs, Week of April 14/03

  • Here we go with another week

    Breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese

    Lunch, nothing. (ate breakfast really late and wasnt hungry til about 6pm)

    Supper, 2 bbq'd hamburgers w/LOTS of cheddar melted on top and brussel sprouts

    Thats about it, I havent been hungry, so there wont likely be any snacks.

  • Breakfast-bowl of oatmeal/w cream & butter & 1 banana

    Lunch- Robins salmon burgers (Thanks Robin) & 1/2c cottage cheese w/1 tsp sf jelly, 3 slices cantelope

    Dinner I don't know.

    I also took 3 of my sons potato chips
    Boy that makes me mad when I do something like that! Geez can't I hold it together for even a day!!!??

    Monday-

    Breakfast: Atkins Shake
    Lunch: Grilled chicken salad w/ ranch
    Dinner: Sausage & okra
    Snack: 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • Tuesday

    Breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese

    Lunch, broccoslaw and 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/cinnamon & splenda

    Supper, bbq'd chicken breasts and broccoli
  • Tuesday
    Breakfast: Atkins Shake
    Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with ranch
    Snack: Devil Squares 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
    Dinner: ??
  • Wednesday

    Breaky, 1 scrambled egg w/cheese

    Lunch, broccoslaw, and a salmon patty

    Supper, bb'q pork riblets and ceasar salad

    Yesterday I ended up having come cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup peanuts for snacks.

    Today, I'll have chocolate strawberry cottage cheese if I get hungry
