No more dairy! Need to cut it out.

  • While I haven't had cow milk in a year or so, since doing low carb I'd been having some cream cheese or heavy whipped cream. I'd put a few table spoons of cream over berries or adding a packet of stevia to the cream cheese.
    But I haven't been able to lose weight and so I don't think I've had heavy whipped cream or cream cheese for 2 days and the scale finally moved a bit this morning.

    SO.. I am ready to let go of cheese & cream completely. Not sure on Butter but I guess I might as well? Thoughts on butter?
  • Have you tried using Greek Yougurt? I use that as sour cream, whip cream (add stevia to yougurt) base to make dips....

    what about the "spray butters" they really are no cal low cal. It's better than nothing
