Hmm...first

and I think I use commitment too or lifestyle change. I know I DO NOT want to be where most of the females in my family are by their mid 40s...which is generally obese to morbidly obese and physically unable to do anything. Exercise for me has ALWAYS (even when I was nearly 200 pounds) something I did daily, but honestly I had to dial it up a notch and push through a lot of issues (myofascial pain).
