I empty packet in a bowl and add dry seasonings such as sea salt, pepper, garlic. I heat some water in my teapot and when its hot, I add 2-3 oz of hot water. mix until blended, will be thick.
spray a frying pan with pam....i make 5 tablespoon drops and flatten them out with the back of my spoon. 3 min on each side!!!!

i eat them for breakfast sometimes too when i make my husband and son pancakes!!!
  • I will definitely be trying that!! thanks!!

  • Also really good with shredded zucchini and 1 or 2 egg whites. Cook in a non stick skillet misted with olive oil.
