Every oven is different and my settings (375 for 20 minutes) were perfect and burned badly at my sister's house.
I also tried drizzling them with 0/0/0 vinegar (for a salt and vinegar chip flavor), but couldn't taste the vinegar. (???)
Have fun and enjoy!!!
@New Englander, I just tried your recipe for Kale chips. It was my first try and they came out wonderful! I did a large tray full and they were super crispy, crunchy at 20 minutes. The only problem is they didn't stay crispy. I put them in a ziplock bag and sealed it. How do you store yours?

I have a new dehydrator, too. I'm going to try to make some in a little while. What temperature setting do you use on yours and do you toss them with a little EVOO like you do for the oven when dehydrating?
I bought lots of things to dehydrate and I was just wondering if the ladies that use one season the veggies before or after drying?
Thanks,
