  • 100 days 100% challenge!
This challenge is open to everyone.
How much progress could you make if you stayed focused for 100 days? I have done it in the past and it is exhilarating.
Post what it means for you to give 100% and keep posting letting us know what day you are on.
If you slip up, do not disappear , just restart on day 1!

For me to give 100% daily I need to
    • drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
    • get in a minimum of 8000 steps daily
    • count every calorie
    • keep calories within the 1300 – 1800 calorie range
  • i'd love to try this since i'm always on and off the wagon. i've been very good lately but today i really exaggerated with sweets and i think it'm my pms kicking in one week before my period. i'm not hungry but i just want to eat and i cant fight it off. last week i was doing really well but today is just a no go. hope it will be better tomorrow.
we are approkimately the same size and weight. i want to loose around 25 pounds till october. with almost no exercise but with a lot of walking.
  • I want to do this too. I tend to have random days where I just don't care and fall off for a day.

    My goals are:
-Track everything and stay around 1200-1250 calories each day
-Drink at least 64 oz of water every day
-Do at least 30 mins of exercise each day
  • Day 2 is going great. I am going to go for a walk to get my steps up. The morning was spent at the dentist and the afternoon at the pool. :0)

Missunshine - I hope today went better for you. I always hate TOM cravings and I get crankiness too. Sometimes I can stave it off with lots of water and an extra yogurt.

Sarah - when I did this last year, I would keep on going even when I had one of those days that I did not care so I would not have to start again. It was a silly little game I played with myself...but it worked for me.
  • Day 3

Had a great day. My calories were on target, I drank lots of water, I got my steps in by 6pm tonight. I decided to watch Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Addition - Ashley and it inspired me to hop on the elliptical, I will be 10,000 steps over my goal by the time I go to sleep.
  • Day 4
Today was my daughters' 7th birthday. I love that they will always remember me as active! They once saw my drivers license picture and could not figure out why I looked so weird...it was because I was at or close to my high weight when it was taken.
  • Oh man, I need to do this. I am totally in. To stay on goal I need to:

*Track what I eat and count calories and carbs
    *Eat gluten free
*Exercise at least 5 times a week
*Drink at least 4L of water a day

    Woot. Let this fun begin!
  • Welcome Seakat!

    Day 5
I woke up early and could not fall back to sleep...so I went for a jog! It felt great. Today I ran a bunch of errands with my kids, then had to head out for the evening. Was on my feet all night, I did not log as many steps as I thought I would, although standing up burns more cals than sitting. I was still way over my goal which makes me happy.
  • Day 6 Went by quickly!

Day 7 is going to be super busy, but I have a plan so I should reach my goals!
  • This is a wonderful idea! I have been 100 percent on plan, (except for two dove chocolates, what can I say its TOM) for the last 12 days! (today is day 13) so I will definitely be doing the 100 percent for 100 days challenge! thank you for giving all of this wonderful idea!
  • Day 7 Goals reached!

Katiebug, glad you are joining in! I did not come up with the idea, but really enjoyed the 100 days on plan thread last summer.
  • Day 8 Completed!
  • This type of challenge is EXACTLY what I've been looking for because I had already planned to not weigh myself until after I completed 100 days! To be 100% I must:

Drink at least 64 oz of water every day
    Exercise 3 - 6 days per week
    Eat between 1,200 - 1,400 calories a day

I re-started my journey on July 2nd so I've been at it for 14 days already. But since I went to Chicago this weekend and splurged (lol), I'll start Day 1 today. Here's to 100 days on plan!!
  • DAY 1

I'm back on track after a fun-filled weekend in Chicago and I had a great day!
  • Welcome Angie!

Day 9 complete! I was exhausted today, and did not get in a lot of movement, so while my daughters were at swim practice I did laps around the pool. Now I am heading to bed early, hopefully I will have more energy tomorrow.
