    This is to challenge yourself to lose weight before Easter. There is almost 3 weeks before Easter, plenty of time for us to get busy LOSING!!! We can post our goals and weightloss on this thread!

    CONGRATS To all the LOOSING FLOOZIES!!!!!!!!!! WTG!!!!! Let's keep it up and see how much total we all can lose!!!!!!

  • MENU FOR 3/31

    BREAKFAST: LO pork loin

    LUNCH: LO pork loin

    DINNER: Taco salad without the chips or shell, x-lean ground beef, lettuce, cheese,salsa, sour cream

    SNACKS: Olives & cheese, Pure De-lite carb bar
  • Wow!! Everyone is doing great. This is so motivating. Today, for the first time since I started, someone noticed that I have lost weight and she didn't know that I was on a diet...yeah!

    My menu for today:

    b--2 scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa and sour cream in a low carb (3 grams) tortilla (yum!)

    l--chicken, hard boiled egg, string cheese, romaine and Ceasar dressing

    d--1/2 avocado with seafood salad

    Lots of water today!
  • Everyone is doing so well. You have all really inspired me!

    Monday's food:

    Breakfast: 2 bites of chicken, 1 small orange
    Lunch: 1 chicken breast
    Dinner: Bacon and eggs
    Didn't drink enough water, but will do better today

    The tortillas are La Tortilla Factory brand. They are whole wheat low-fat and low carb. 60 calories a piece and only 3 countable carbs per tortilla. I looked on the label and they are made in Santa Rosa, California so I don't know if they are available in other states. They also have a garlic one that I'm going to try next week.

    My menu for today--
    b-breakfast burrito again!
    l-grilled chicken over a green salad with veggies and Ceasar dressing
    snack--Atkins protein bar
    d-deli meat, cheese, Ceasar salad and green olives stuffed with garlic.
    dessert-diet jello and whipped cream
    lots of water!

    My husband and I gave blood today for a 4 month old baby that is undergoing brain surgery on Monday. Keep little Grace in your thoughts and prayers.
  • Tuesday's food:

    Breakfast: 2 strips bacon, one egg
    Lunch: Chicken breast
    snack: 1 small orange
    Dinner: ground chuck steak with grilled onions, steamed broccolli, sugar free jello with whipped cream

    MENU 4/1 TUESDAY

    Breakfast: 1 chicken breast

    Lunch: 1 chicken breast cut up in a lettuce salad with dressing

    Dinner: Hamburger patty, salad, dressing, 1 cheese slice, 10 olives

    Snacks: 1oz. jerky, Atkins peanut butter cups

    Deb: I tried the Atkins chocolate bar, YUMMY!!!! If you have never tried the PB cups, I would suggest you give them a try...SUPER YUMMY!!!

    B--2 fried eggs w/ Canadian bacon

    L--Italian coldcuts salad w/ dressing

    D--pork roast, brocolli w/ hollandaise

    Dessert--diet jello w/whipped cream

    Water!

    Lunch: BIG chicken breast
    snack: orange
    Dinner: Chicken taco salad(no chips, but I sure was tempted!)

    Breakfast...hard cheese, 4 pieces of Bacon
    Lunch....Baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup broccoli w/ cheese
    Dinner...{don't laugh} pork rinds and s/f jello Too tired to fix anything~
    Snack.....2 Michelob Ultra BEERS!! 2 carbs per bottle~~

    Thursday...
    Breakfast...2 fried eggs, with bacon
    Lunch.....BIG salad w/ ranch dressing
    Dinner planned....Grilled pork chops, 1/2 cup green beans

    Sherry...I'm still drinking my water!!

    Jeanne...I looked in my store but couldn't find any tortillas that had low carbs Most was between 18 and 24 carbs~

    snack--Atkins brownie almond bar (not bad!)

    dinner--chicken taco (low carb tortilla, chicken strips, sour cream, melted cheese and salsa)

    dessert--diet jello and whipped cream

  • THURSDAY MENU:

    BREAKFAST: Chicken breast, water

    LUNCH: 1 can tuna, 2 boiled egg, mayo, water

    DINNER: Lettuce salad with cheese, bacon pieces, boiled egg, dressing, water

    Snack: Pure de-lite bar (2 carbs), water, water, water, water, water, water, water, water, water, water, water!!!!

    Jeanne: Just read on another thread that someone tried the low carb garlic tortillas and they are gross. Have you tried them yet?

    I NEED creative ways to eat eggs!!!!! I am not an egg person at all!!!! I try to boil and mash very fine with a fork, then add to salads to cover the taste and texture. Any suggestions?
