  • My July Goals
    Hi everyone! I have been mostly lurking but I needed some motivation and decided to make a goal for July. I "fell off the wagon" so to speak. I was doing great with the monthly pass since November and due to money issues had to stop attending meetings in April. I received my "20 lb Charm" and lost another 3 lbs and thought I could do it on my own without going to meetings since I have all the tools (books, calculator). I have struggled and gained and lost for the last 2 months so I have gotten back on the weight loss train and started again on Monday. With the help of this board for motivation, I will do my best and I hope to lose consistently this month.

    Other: I would like to see the scale move consistently for a whole month
  • I struggled the entire spring and then suddenly, Boom! ten pounds gone. I let things go a little bit since my wedding and went back to a meeting about two weeks ago. I am 5-7 pounds from goal. I am really glad to hear that movement is in each of your goals.

    My goals

    Tracking every single bite
    Exercising, typically to Jillian Michaels or a similar instructor, five times a week for an hour
    Water, water, water
    V modest amounts on sugar

  • Sorry that this thread has not been very active. Hopefully with August on the horizon, we will all keep pushing towards our goals and look to this thread for support for one another.
