I weigh about 3 times a day. And I fluctuate wildly. Most of the time I am up 3lbs by the time I go to bed. Rare days (like most of last week which was SUPER rare) I am down one to two pounds from where I was in the morning, but it does happen. It's always nice to see
I also like to think I've got my body figured out but then it goes and does crazy stuff lol.
