Not sure how, but this morning when I woke up and after potty I was 216.4 now I weighed before I got into bed and it said I was 214.8 erm ok I'll take that but I know it wasn't fat, was it really all water weight? I didn't work out today so I chugged water all day. SO boggling because for 5 weeks I didn't lose a dang thing and I was working harder at it than I am now, am I miraculously just losing all that I was suppose to lose back then in this last week cause ive gone down atleast 5 lbs from my plateau of 5 weeks. Oh you confusing body.. I'm not complaining at alllllll I'm just like derp cause I feel I have an understanding of losing weight and it goes and surprises me
The scale catches up to what you have been doing. Ya it wasn't 2 lbs of fat you lost from morning till night, but it probably was the scale finally reflecting that fat loss.
I'm always a few pounds heavier at night than I am in the morning. I guess you experienced a whoosh if you've been eating right and exercising the scale has to catch up eventually! Nice one!
I weigh about 3 times a day. And I fluctuate wildly. Most of the time I am up 3lbs by the time I go to bed. Rare days (like most of last week which was SUPER rare) I am down one to two pounds from where I was in the morning, but it does happen. It's always nice to see
I also like to think I've got my body figured out but then it goes and does crazy stuff lol.
