I've been overweight most of my life, so I'm uncertain when the last time was I weighted 145 or anywhere near it. I was definitely a preteen. I got down to 189 a couple months ago and every time I saw a new low it was for the first time in over a decade. So I'm looking forward to getting back there and seeing those new lows again.

So just curious who out there is losing the weight after a long time of carrying it, and who figured things out a lot quicker and hasn't been fighting the battle of the bulge for quite so long.


I've been overweight and obese from then until the time I hit a normal BMI last fall.
Until now that is!!!
