I was 180 when I graduated High School 11 years ago. I was 244 at my heaviest and now I'm down to 213. I'd like to weigh 180 again but I think the lowest I wan to get is 160
I think I just about made it to exactly 140 when I was 19 or 20. Before that I had actually gone up to my highest weight ever, I'm not sure exactly what it was but I'd guess around 190 if not more. I remember seeing 10stone (140lbs) on the scale at the time but I didn't weigh myself very often and wasn't intentionally trying to lose weight. I got to my high weight from being sick and comfort eating so when I wasn't so sick and I was happier it naturally came off. Ahh if only I had known how to maintain it. The weight I usually get to is around where I am now.. maybe a few pounds more actually. I'm determined to get back to 140 and see where things are then.
I feel like I've always been fat, but photos of me aged about six show clearly that I actually wasn't then. I was always rather sturdily built though, never one of those waif-like children.
As an adult, I got down to 12st 12lbs when I was about nineteen (180lbs), but obviously put it all back and then some. But today marks a new low in this weight loss journey (212.8). I will get to 180 and below again!
I haven't seen my goal weight (being able to see my abs) since 1988 or so, when I was in my early twenties. I can't wait to not have to suck my gut in anymore.
The last time I was at goal was about a year after my daughter was born, so back about 8 years ago... I was 34. So mad I let myself go. I looked so good then, and worked so hard to get to that weight.
I weighed about 210 in grade 8, so it's been a while. The closest I've been in my young adult life was around February when I weighed 150, but I hit some money problems and fell off the wagon.
When I finally do reach my goal, I'd like to lose another 10 lbs, but I haven't put that on my ticker because it's just too overwhelming.
Well I remember being 96 pounds in kinder...but the next time I remember my weight I was 190ish in 5th grade...so...I would say maybe 4th or 3rd grade was the last time I was 170...
I'm sure I'll want to go lower when I do hit my weight goal. But as I was a good two feet shorter in 3rd grade than I am now I have no idea when 160 will look like on me lol.
Just about 3.5 years ago I was at my normal goal. I haven't been at my super low really amazing goal for 8 years, pre-pregnancy and when I was in my very early twenties, but it took a lot of unhealthy measures to get there.
I was a tiny little thing as a child. It wasn't until just before middle school when my tonsils and monstrously large adenoids were removed and I could taste food that I started gaining weight. I just gained slowly but surely from there on out. Logically, I know I must have passed my goal weight somewhere in there but I haven't a clue where. This is the smallest I've been in my adult life.
