I've decided to do 30 mins on the stairmaster at least 3 times a week - or as many days as I don't work both of my jobs, only 1 (I walk between the two jobs and my house covering a total of 5 miles in about an hour and 15, on those days I'm just too damn tired to get to the gym).
Problem is, I hate exercise. I need to motivate myself for the first two months or so, the last time I had a great exercise regime was when my dad signed us up for a charity half-marathon and I saw on Facebook that a woman I LOATHED in high school was going to be there. I ran myself into the ground every day, going to the gym at 1am if I had to, just so I would be better than her. Sadly, I have no such all consuming motivation anymore, instead I have a cuddly fiance who is easy to persuade to cuddle on the couch with me all night. I've tried to get him to make me go to the gym, but he caves if I make puppy dog eyes at him.
I've got 19 months to go from "blah" to amazing for my wedding day, and the stair master is definitely something that works for my body type, I know from past experience that my body responds well to it.
Sooo...anyone have any tips or tricks for motivation?

For me, getting up the energy to go ride a bike in the sun and breeze is much easier than time spent in a dark, dull gym.
