    Phase 1

    Breakfast:
    IP Cappuccino + 1 c Black Coffee

    Lunch:
    IP Mushroom Soup
    1 c Mushrooms
    1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt

    Dinner:
    5 oz cooked BBQ Chicken Breast
    2 Tbsp WF BBQ Thick & Spicy Sauce
    Lettuce + 2 c Spinach/ Cucumbers/ Red Onion/ Gr Pepper Salad
    2 Tbsp WF Chipotle Ranch Salad Dressing
    1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt

    Snack:
    IP Cookies & Cream Bar
    1 c Cucumbers/ Sea Salt

    Exercise: Gardening all day.
  • Breakfast:
    2 cups coffee w/1 ounce skim milk
    Chocolate RTD

    Lunch:
    IP Spaghetti
    2 cups cabbage

    Dinner:
    Hubby just put a huge Roast in the oven. I will probably stir-fry some veggies to go with it.

    Snack:
    May attempt pudding cakes.

    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Zucchini
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Lunch
    IP Vanilla Pudding
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Miracle Noodles Rice
    Kale

    *2.7 mile walk

    Snack
    IP Southwest Cheese Curls

    Dinner
    Turkey Tenderloin
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, Garlic Purée

    Week 1, Day 7

    Breakfast:
    IP crispy cereal with stevia and ground cinnamon

    Lunch:
    2 c cucumbers with salt and lemon
    5 oz chicken

    Snack:
    Dill pickles
    IP lemon pudding

    Dinner:
    IP caramel vanilla bar

    warm Vanilla RTD shake + 1/2 cup coffee - yummy!

    Lunch
    lots of lettuce + cucumbers + cauliflower + broccoli + smoked salmon

    Dinner
    Proti-Life Beef Noodle Soup

    Snack
    Caramel bar
  • Breakfast - 3 shots iced espresso with vanilla RTD shake

    Lunch - veggie kebabs grilled with evoo and garlic seasoning, grilled chicken

    Snack - caramel crunch bar

    Dinner- vanilla shake made into a mug cake, grilled asparagus
