Things have been crazy lately. I have finally gotten on track with eating healthy and just completed day 7 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. My husband is deploying in 2 weeks for 9 months to a year and I will be able to buy all the healthy food I want and I won't be tempted to eat the type of foods he likes that aren't good for you. I'm going to miss him a lot. I just have to remember to work out my emotions and not eat them.
I just can't wait to see results because I feel really let down I let my body get this way.
