Default Have not been on here since November!

Things have been crazy lately. I have finally gotten on track with eating healthy and just completed day 7 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. My husband is deploying in 2 weeks for 9 months to a year and I will be able to buy all the healthy food I want and I won't be tempted to eat the type of foods he likes that aren't good for you. I'm going to miss him a lot. I just have to remember to work out my emotions and not eat them.
I just can't wait to see results because I feel really let down I let my body get this way.

I feel for you guys. I think if you did an overhaul on your eating habits, maybe by the time he comes back it will be easier to stick to? Especially since you'll be lookin' so hot by then that he won't wanna compromise that by going back to the old way of eating. Keep your chin up!
