So I thought it would be appropriate. Especially if you love chocolate as much as I do!
Easter is April 20 this year, so that gives us a solid month to set some goals for ourselves!!

For this challenge it might be helpful to include the following:- Your start weight, because you may forget it a few weeks from now!
- Steps that you will take to reach your weight goal.
- Your weight goal or other final goal.
- A reward for yourself, contigent on reaching your goal!
I am on an exercise high right now, and am pumped to get going again! Here are my goals:- My starting weight for the challenge is 166.2

I will walk, do my WAWTP video, or other cardio, 5 times a week.- I will do 125 ab roller exercises 3 X a week.
- I will limit myself to 1 yummy easter treat per week!

- I will lose 4lbs, bringing me down to 162.2
- My reward will be an evening out with dh!

Today I did 2 miles of WAWTP video, and went for a walk to the playground with my dd and "Little Sister", it was 20 minutes both ways. Another good exercise day! This weather definitely boosts my spirits, and even if the numbers on the scale aren't moving, I feel excellent!
