I did not stay on plan at the weekend, but wasn't terrible actually. We'll see when I weigh myself on Wednesday.
Today:
Breakfast:
hard boiled egg
vitamins
barley grass juice
Snack:
Atkins bar
Lunch:
Middle eastern lamb with salad, hot sauce and yogurt sauce
Dinner:
probably a burger with some kind of veg
did yoga at lunch
How's everyone else doing?
