Food logs Week of 3/10

  • Hey everyone,
    I did not stay on plan at the weekend, but wasn't terrible actually. We'll see when I weigh myself on Wednesday.

    Today:

    Breakfast:
    hard boiled egg
    vitamins
    barley grass juice

    Snack:
    Atkins bar

    Lunch:
    Middle eastern lamb with salad, hot sauce and yogurt sauce

    Dinner:
    probably a burger with some kind of veg

    did yoga at lunch

    How's everyone else doing?

    Okay, my first day OP in a few days

    Breakfast: String cheese & chicken salad

    Lunch: Spinach salad w/ egg & cheese

    Snack: Turkey & cheese rollups

    Dinner: Burger (no bun), okra, spinach--Jello for dessert
  • Tuesday 3/11
    Breakfast:
    glass of barley grass juice
    2 pieces american cheese
    3 pork rinds (small)

    Snack:
    Atkins bar

    Lunch:
    clam chowder (picked out as many potatoes as possible)
    Thai beef and broccoli

    Dinner:
    Not sure

    italian sausage in tomato sauce with mozzerella cheese

    Lunch
    Spinach dip with tortilla chips

    Dinner
    onion rings

    Today:
    Breakfast:
    fat free muffin with tea

    Lunch will be:
    italian sausage in sauce with mozzerella cheese
    steamed broccoli

    Snack
    hard boiled egg

    Dinner
    Not sure yet
  • WHat chips is it that you are eating??? I love chips and salsa. I miss that so much!!!!
