So I've cut my calories, started eating healthier, and incorporating exercise for a week and a half, which is more than a 3500 calorie deficit from the way I used to eat, and I haven't lost an ounce. I know it hasn't been long but am I just being impatient?? How long does it take to see a change in numbers?
I'm finding myself getting discouraged and it's really bothering me, I wouldn't mind if I lost .5lbs a week, but everyday and every night my weight is at 191. Oh and I'm ALWAYS bloated!! Nothing seems to help that either.
Anyone experience anything similar?
