    Tickers and Signatures:

    There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. When you've met those requirements check The Ultimate Signature and Ticker Thread for more information and instructions.

    Searching:

    If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

    1) Go to google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your google search.

    For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in google search. No need to inlucde the quotation marks when you type.

    2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

  • Good morning everyone, I know we had issues over the weekend about all of the threads but this is a NEW week SO with that being said lets start it off with a BANG!....have a GREAT OP Monday!

    Lets all get along, this is YOUR journey, your choice to be on whatever plan, just try to be mindful when posting let people know that you are using IP products or alternative so no one gets confused any more.(this is a suggestion only) I am trying to keep the peace. We can all be in the same place just try to make it less confusing.

    Some of you know me some of you don't. I am one of the positive people you will meet but lately I don't feel like my post are needed as much because even though I have been around for 10 months I was getting confused so I wouldn't post as much. I will try to do better.

    I will always encourage others to do well and give praise where it is suppose too that will never stop. So again I ask, please lets just all get along, don't shun people for what they have said or if they have given their opinions. Accept it and move on, the difference in opinions is what makes the world go round so to speak. Everyone is entitled to their opinions

    Spring is definitely in the air today. I would like to start doing Wii fit today. I am well into week 4 this shouldn't be a problem right? My coach told me on week one to not exercise (except I could continue walking the dog). But she did not tell me when I could start light exercise.
    Any thoughts?

  • Had WI#4 on Friday, I was down .4! I will take it! A loss is a loss and I am still down 16.8 in only 4 weeks!! Moving into week five now and feeling great!!!

    Lots of food temptations this weekend but I just kept my eye on the prize, a healthier me!! I have been 100% OP and am so proud of that!!

    I hope everyone has a wonderful OP day!!!
  • KellyM - I love that attitude! I had a small loss last week too but I know this week will be better and I agree, a loss is a loss!

    I am almost finished with my 2nd daily journal book which means 2 months on IP. I feel so good about staying on this diet 100% and giving it my all.

    Wuv, you are so motivational all the time. I can honestly say that when I'm feeling...uninspired, I come to board to find ANYTHING you've posted. You are so upbeat!

    Way to go!!! You're correct--a loss is a loss. And, all of the smaller losses add up to huge losses :-)

    Looking forward to an OP day. Had too many temptations over the weekend, and I need to get my head back in the game!!
