Everyone Weigh in 03/09/12

  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 221.5, down one and a half pounds from a week ago.
  • 222.6, up .4 from last week. But considering that I had a binge weekend that caused 9lb of water weight and I had to play catch-up all week, that's not too bad.
  • 141. Down 3 lbs from last week. It is quite a big number for me and I am not sure why I lost so much. But I was on plateau last 2 weeks.
  • For the 6th week in a row i think, i'm back at 153.5 this Friday. I should be lower because this time of the month i'm at my lowest weight, but i binged again yesterday, resulting in this weight again. I feel lucky it's not higher actually. Once again...going to try harder to stay on track this week.
  • 258.8. Down 5 lbs I wasn't going to weigh myself this week but I decided to after my workout. yay!
  • I am mainly a reader on here but thought I would jump in on this thread;

    weighed in this a.m. at 179.2, that is down from 181.4 that I had been at for the last 6 days. I hope I am still down tomorrow
  • last night, 221-1/2, down 8-1/2 from march 1st when i first started.
  • This morning weighed in 178.4 So, almost 2 pounds down from last week ^.^
  • 157.4, down 0.8

    I usually gain at this point in the month, so I'm happy. Hoping for a ca-ching loss next week, though.
  • 315 pounds, lost 3 pounds so far
