About to step into phase 2... Help!

  • Hey ladies!

    Whew what a rollercoaster!! As I write this I am on day #11 of Sbd phase 1 and I have lost 6.8lbs (here's hoping to round it off to 10lbs by wed..lol). To say I'm nervous is an understatement because I don't wanna drop the ball. This is not just a diet to me but a lifestyle change so here's where you pros come in. Could you pls give me some tips for this transition? To all you phase 2'ers to maintainers, pls share the knowledge with this newbie. Thanks!!!

  • Well end of phase 1... Lost roughly 7 lbs that I know of cause it's TOM now n the scale is playing tricks on me. Either way... Good enough. Let phase 2 begin, restarting my workouts and ready to continue losing!!
