WW MM CHALLENGE! Jan/Feb Week 6!

  • Welcome to Week 6 of the WW Month-to-Month Challenge!

    Here's the Spreadsheet Link! We're on Week 6 (02/06/12).

    Last week as a group, we lost 17.8 pounds. This brings the total lost to 103.7 pounds! Wow! We're definitely losing a "whole person" by the time February comes to a close.

    It's now solidly February! We've still got a month to do healthy things and work towards our goals. Let's keep going!
  • I lost 1.8 pounds this week.

    I don't know that I have any specific challenges this week. Just the usual case of the "I dun wannas" when it comes to exercise. I'll exercise those away, though

    Goals for the week:

    - Track - Usually am able to be very successful with this.
    - 15 minute walk daily. Some form of movement. It really does make a difference.
    - At least a couple salads this week, I feel I'm lacking fruits & veggies.
    - One moment at a time.

  • down 1.6 for me this week. AND I *finally* hit my 10% loss! I was beginning to think I was never going to make it! Now on to the next 10%

    No real challenges this week for me other than dragging myself to the gym.

    Hey all!

    I decided to wait till tomorrow to do my weekly WI. I was very bad all weekend long (it wasn't that much BAD food, it was just TOO MUCH food and too salty). My body is screaming ''water retentiooooooooooooon''!

    With the Super Bowl behind us (which I'm like super happy about, I was saying Giants by 3 and it ended up Giants by 4. Way better than my bf who was calling Patriots by 9 hehe!) I'm planning to eating FREAKIN healthy this week (get ready for that, BF).

    I went for my long 10k run yesterday and it went well, I was glad about it. My muscles are probably responsible too for the water retention. The race is in less than 2 weeks (AAAAAH!) and I need to push my training this week, so I can take it easy the week before the race.

    My goals for the week :

    - run 3 times
    - do my abs routine 3 times
    - do legs and arms routines 2 times
    - make good food choices!

  • I am back another week...last week I lost .6...so wish I could lose big like you all but I have never been one of those people. This week my goal is to pre plan all meals and not snack if it's not accounted for or I don't have the points.

  • Well not sure what happened to the link to the spreadsheet but I went back to week five to put my weight in...Down .5 not great but it is a loss and I will take it.
    Challenges this week:
    My daughter is coming for a visit (yeah) but that means limited free time to hit the gym (boo)
    Will be taking her out to dinner on Thur to an Italian resturant and you know there is nothing ww friendly there

    Ladies as always you have done a marvoleous job last week. I cant wait to see how much of a person we lose at the end of this challenge
