121.2 (after flip flopping for a while I finally got to a new low!)

back into the 80'a this morning! 189lbs, hoping to get lowering into the 180's next week.....I'm away on business next week so I'm going to try my hardest to stay on plan!

Happily saw 185 this morning, 20 pounds down from unofficial start. Hope it stays there, as I've seen it before, briefly.

212 down 6 pounds since yesterday and 13 pounds down in 3 days. These water whooshes are a lot of fun

I forgot to weigh in last week. Today I am 177, two weeks ago I was 183.5, for a loss of 6.5 lbs. in 2 weeks, which is major for me.

139.8. Just outside my maintenance range of 140 to 145 lbs, but we're going out to dinner with friends at a food festival tonight, so I guess I overprepared a little. Can't complain.

Funny, but can you every really be over prepared? Good idea to help enjoy the evening.

Had a water/weight whoosh and was 186, now back down/up to 193 (which is lower than last week after I went up from my whoosh). Which feels good, but disappointed 186 didn't stick around. I'm not changing my ticker tho!! lol
