    Congratulations Ladies! We lost sooo much weight this week! I took the 12 ladies that weighed in this week and determined that we have 397 lbs to lose together, so that we can all meet our goal! And we have lost a total of 45 lbs so far! Meaning, we only have 352 more pounds to go! That is AMAZING progress ladies and I am so proud that everyone has stayed so motivated!!!

    So at yesterday's weigh-in I was 228. I'm at 225 this morning. What the heck?? Of course I'm happy to have lost more weight but why couldn't the scale have said this before the weigh in? lol

    well just stay focused!!! well cheer you on!!! try not to overindulge on the crappy foods spring for the good stuff... and if your drinking well i hope you plan to work out like crazy cause that stuff is full of sugar!!! but regardless we can do this!!!!

    our bodies are sooo weird. i stepped on the scale this morning and it was down to 224! Our bodies just decided to let go of that weight while we were sleeping or something lol.

  • i really need to kick up the exercise this week, last week i think i slacked a little bit.

    Everyone's been doing so great!
  • Anyone else have any mini goals they are close to reaching? I told myself when my husband left for basic training that i wanted to be 130 by the time he got home for Christmas and at goal when he comes home for good!

    Well today i weighed in at 131. I have 1.6 lbs to go to reach my mini goal. and My husband is coming home in a week! I think I'm actually going to make it! Especially because i know I'm going to drop some water weight from my period this week! That means just 15-20lbs more between Dec. 21st and February 24th! Which i think is totally achievable! I'm just super proud I came up with a goal for myself and actually achieved it!

    What about you ladies? Anyone near an important mini goal you set for yourself?

    I always lose weight in my sleep ive woken up to 4lbs lost before im like ummm how does that happen? lmao
