L – ww tortilla wrap with tuna and lots of veggies. Iced tea.
Ss - hummus with broccoli and red pepper strips. Almonds. Boiled egg.
D - Bean soup. Caprese salad. Carrot salad from amazing garden carrots.
dessert – 1/2 apple with 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
