Does anyone else feel like they are sweating MORE the thinner they get?
When I first started working out, I would "glisten", so to speak. But now, my hair gets wet and today, I felt a DROP run down my face while I was at the gym.
Why is this? You would think the better shape I was in, the more conditioned I would be, the LESS I would sweat, but it is totally the opposite?
Does anyone else experience this?



My face turns red, my makeup runs, and my hair sticks to my head. I guess I'll be turning into a fat puddle of GOO soon.
